There are annual running costs to consider when purchasing a holiday home. These include site fees, local rates, gas and electricity as well as insurance. More information on these costs will be explained by our sales team on park when you visit us.

Part Exchanges Welcome
If you already own a holiday home on another holiday park and wish to leave to join any South Lakeland Park we can assist the transfer, allowing you to offset your current holiday home in part exchange towards your new one. If you already have a motorhome or tourer* we also would be happy to part exchange this against the cost of your new holiday home.
Try Before You Buy Breaks

Finance Options
We have a range of finance plans on offer to suit your individual budget needs making holiday home ownership more affordable than you think. These options will be discussed with you during your park visit.
Insurance Cover
Your holiday home must be appropriately insured at all times. South Lakeland Parks will issue you with a quotation for your holiday home insurance. Please call our insurance department on 015395 69840 or email insurance@southlakelandparks.co.uk for a no-obligation quotation.
Sublet Management Opportunities
We can offer you sublet management through South Lakeland Holidays where we handle all the marketing, cleaning, key handling and bookings for your holiday home. Income from this can be used to help with your annual running costs. Please call our Holiday Reservations Manager on 015395 69835 to discuss the opportunities.
Running Costs
When considering purchasing your holiday home you need to budget for additional running costs. Costs include rates, metered electric and metered or bottled gas. More information on these costs can be given on park when you visit us.
